In 2022 we opened our Waterford office, due to our growth in the region, we would now like to hire an experienced and ambitious Recruitment & Business Director to join the existing Waterford team.  
 

  • The Recruitment and Business Director will be responsible for developing and executing the recruitment and business strategy for the Waterford office, that supports the Osborne growth strategy.
  • Responsible for all aspects of recruitment, business development and planning while achieving strategic, financial and business objectives for allocated business unit(s) feeding into the Osborne Group.
  • Responsible for leading and delivering recruitment excellence for you and your team’s clients and candidates.
  • Leadership of both the Business performance and Recruitment teams in a highly positive, professional and accountable manner, while successfully achieving and exceeding targets and growth objectives.
  • Create and deliver on focused strategic recruitment plans, client management and development.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent recruitment solutions and customer service to clients and candidates, securing excellent testimonials and high NPS scores 
  • Focus on building strong effective relationships to develop new and existing clients into key accounts for your business. 
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to deliver fill ratio and aligning to the Osborne purpose, to find the Right Person for the Right Job, No Compromise  
  • At all times driving a high performance, collaborative, and team environment through the Osborne culture and values with continuous improvement and continuous learning at the forefront. 
  • This is an excellent opportunity to lead the team into the next growth phase,  make an impact in the Waterford region, all whilst being supported by structures of the Osborne Group. In addition to your own Business Development, you will be supported our dedicated Sales team to help grow the business.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Recruitment, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years in a leadership role in the Recruitment Consultancy
  • Proven success in achieving developing and achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Previous experience in effective performance management with the ability to positively, lead influence and motivate your team to achieve business and personal development goals.
  • Competent problem solving with the ability to make sound judgement and thought-out business decisions.
  • Proficient with ATS, sourcing tools, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Innovative and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and our offices nationwide, when required.
