We are delighted to be working with our candidate who operate within the Steel Fabrication industry who are looking for a Foreman/Supervisor to join their team on full time basis located in Co. Cork.

Responsibilities:
Must be able to read, understand and work to fabrication drawings and inspect / check fabrication work.
Working with detailers to identify issues and resolve problems.
Follow and understand and EN 1090 Execution Class 4 processes.
Control of manufacturing documents and records in accordance with our EN1090 management systems.
Have a strong ability to organise the workshop and site teams.
Working with management to schedule and prioritise the manufacturing schedule.
Prioritising the workforce to meet changing deadlines and site deliveries.
Ability to work accurately under pressure (to meet deadlines etc.), demonstrating a logical and methodical approach to workloads.
Overseeing health & safety within the workshop and maintaining a safe working environment
Liaising with the quality and engineering departments to ensure all relevant welding or quality issues are addressed.
Completing quality checks prior to delivery.
Managing and re-ordering stock of welding & workshop consumables and equipment.
Issuing and monitoring workshop PPE.
Requirements:
Qualified Trades person or suitably experienced
RWC Qualification desirable
Computer Literate
Full driving licence
