At Osborne, we are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Site Support professional on behalf of one of our valued clients based in Lough Egish.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administration and procurement experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Build strong working relationships with the client and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
Support the implementation of initiatives to enhance site performance.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly KPI and sales reports.
Assist with project work across multiple sites as required.
Support the development of team members through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures.
Liaise effectively with engineers and client personnel.
Keep clients informed of any delays, issues or operational updates.
Work to strict deadlines while delivering accurate and timely information.
Support the day-to-day operation of the on-site stores, including receiving deliveries when required.
Deliver agreed performance metrics and contribute to site benchmarking.
Monitor and respond to site email requests in a timely manner.
Complete customer-specific requests in line with contractual agreements.
Carry out cycle counts and maintain accurate stock control records.
Undertake additional administrative and operational duties as required.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in procurement, stores, supply chain, logistics or a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A professional and customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
A flexible attitude and willingness to support a variety of operational activities.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
The ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
High levels of integrity, reliability and accountability with a proactive approach to work.
