Sales Representative
Our client is a leading distributor of hydraulic hoses, couplings, adapters, oils, greases, and other related products , they are based in Co. Louth, there mission is to provide top-notch customer service by offering products from well-known brands.
They are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join there dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll support long-standing customers while also bringing in new business. Your ability to build valuable relationships with clients and represent our high-quality products across North West and Northern Ireland.
A mechanical background or experience in a similar field would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Find and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients in your territory.
- Support long-standing clients while developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Learn about our products to effectively present their benefits to clients.
- Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals efficiently.
- Provide excellent support after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel regularly within Ireland and Northern Ireland to meet clients and prospects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
- Mechanical mindset or background in a related field is a plus.
