Graduate Finance & Operations Administrator

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Graduate Finance & Operations Administrator to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a graduate who enjoys working with numbers, systems and processes, while also having an interest in business operations. You will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to develop your skills within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Location: Monaghan
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €32,000–€38,000 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounts

  • Manage the Sales Ledger process, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time.
  • Complete daily bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Assist with Purchase Ledger processing when required.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities.
  • Produce regular reports and provide administrative support to the finance team.
  • Process financial transactions using Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Operations & Stock Control

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Support monthly stocktakes and investigates stock variances.
  • Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Assist with product costings and inventory reporting.
  • Coordinate delivery documentation and ensure accurate processing.

Customs & Administration

  • Complete customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and accurate business records.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Provide general administrative support across the business.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.

About You:

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
