  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and support repeat business and branch growth.
  • Ensure the showroom is maintained to a high standard, including merchandising, displays, promotions, and general presentation.
  • Oversee stock control and inventory management, ensuring accurate records and effective stock rotation.
  • Monitor branch costs and performance, using the P&L to identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure all branch administration is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain high standards of security and ensure company assets, stock, and staff are protected.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, Health & Safety requirements, and operational standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of sales, margins, costs, and profitability.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft applications and business systems.
  • Experience in stock management and inventory control.
  • Full, valid driving licence.
  • Experience within the tile, kitchen, bathroom, or related industry would be advantageous.
Benefits
  • Permanent, full-time position based in Wexford.
  • €45,000–€55,000 salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
