Sales Executive

Our client, a fast-growing fintech company with offices in South Dublin, are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join their team.
This role will focus on building relationships with businesses across Ireland, to enhance employee engagement.

For You:

• South Dublin location
• Fully onsite working
• Salary of €40,000 per annum
• Uncapped commission
• Joining a team on their next stage of growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate clients across Ireland
• Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, proposals, closing deals, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on employee rewards and gifting solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, case studies, and sales materials.

Key Requirements: 

• Proven track record in sales, with the ability to generate new business and consistently meet targets.
• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging clients across multiple channels.
• Comfortable using digital tools including CRM systems, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
