Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant

Our client in Dublin 15 is currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to a Partner within a busy Legal Costs Accounting practice based in Dublin 15. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and enjoys a varied administrative role.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to a Partner, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their workload. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-level administrative support
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating court dates
  • Audio typing and document preparation
  • Handling telephone calls, emails, and incoming correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and databases
  • Preparing legal documentation and reports
  • Communicating effectively with clients and internal team members
  • Supporting office administration, including reception duties when require
 
Essential Requirements:
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Audio Typing (essential)
  • Strong typing ability with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar PA or administrative role
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
