Customer Success Implementation Coordinator 

Are you an organised professional, with an ability to co-ordinate multiple projects at once?

Osborne are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Implementation Coordinator for our client, a leader in healthcare technology, with offices in South Dublin.
This position will work closely with the Service Delivery team to manage sales orders and assist with stock ordering.

• South Dublin location
• 2 days a week onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Service Delivery team to project manage sales orders
• Coordinate multiple projects at once
• Deal with customers over the phone and through email to arrange software and hardware installations
• Schedule Engineer visits, coordinating different timelines
• Compile weekly reports after meetings
• Scheduling weekly meetings

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in an administration position
• Proficient in various CRM
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment
