Recruitment & Sales Support Executive

The Recruitment & Sales Support Executive plays a support role within Osborne, ensuring seamless coordination across all stages of the recruitment process. This role involves candidate and client interaction, administrative support, compliance, and assisting consultants with daily recruitment activities. In this role you will works towards financial targets as agreed. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and client-focused with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register, screen, and manage candidates, ensuring all documentation is accurate and fully compliant.
  • Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and verify ID and right-to-work documentation.
  • Provide candidate briefings, updates, and ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with clients on job requirements, interview scheduling, feedback, and placements.
  • Book temporary staff, confirm assignment details, and conduct regular client and candidate check-ins.
  • Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and update client contact information.
  • Review weekly temporary payroll and ensure timesheets are submitted.
  • Prepare and manage compliance documentation (e.g., AWD, TOB, NSF) and support audits.
  • Draft, proofread, and post job advertisements; assist with recruitment reporting and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage switchboard and front-of-house operations in line with SLAs.
  • Maintain a clean, professional office environment and support event preparation.
  • Order office supplies and assist with general administrative duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, administration, or customer service role.
  • Confident speaking with candidates and clients in a professional manner.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven or deadline-focused environments.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using CRM software and maintaining accurate records.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and internal databases quickly.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone manner and email etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
