Internal Sales Support Associate

A well-established IT and technology services provider, proudly operating for over 30 years and based in Dublin City Centre. Due to continued business growth,  are now seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Support Associate to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and wants to be part of a stable, growing business.
As an Internal Sales Support Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from customer enquiry through to order fulfilment. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide timely, professional responses
• Prepare and issue customer quotations via our CRM system
• Proactively follow up on quotations
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Raise supplier purchase orders and track delivery schedules
• Resolve customer queries relating to pricing, delivery, or product information
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support general sales office administration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working: 2 days from home per week after an initial 3-month training period

About You:

• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Experience using an accounts package (Sage an advantage)
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Customer-focused, positive, and flexible approach
• Previous experience in a sales support or similar administrative role is preferred
