The Role
As a key member of the Corporate team, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to busy fee earners and partners. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations by:
Managing complex calendars, inboxes and diaries efficiently
Organising domestic and international meetings, preparing itineraries, booking travel and processing expenses/invoices
Assisting with client events, maintaining invite lists, tracking attendance, and ensuring flawless execution
Updating and maintaining the firm’s CRM system (‘Connect’) to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Liaising effectively with Finance, IT, and other internal departments
Prioritising workloads, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring the highest professional standards
Providing additional administrative support to the Corporate team as needed
About You
You will bring energy, precision, and a commitment to excellence to everything you do. To succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role within a professional services or complex corporate environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and confidence using IT systems
Strong data management and presentation skills
A proactive, positive attitude with the initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems
Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
A professional, polished approach and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
A genuine desire to develop your career within a top-tier legal firm
Required: At least 2 years of legal or professional experiences
