Administrator 

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Rhebogue, Limerick. This role offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time hours and would suit someone organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Salary: €15–€17 per hour (DOE)
  • Hours: Full-time or Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office and administrative support to the team
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Maintain and update internal databases and records
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
