An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Engineer to join our clients team, a leading player in the Industrial Air sector. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new markets and sales channels within the Industrial Air sector.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular on-site visits.
Conduct site surveys and provide expert technical advice tailored to customer requirements.
Prepare and present professional proposals and product demonstrations.
Drive customer success through solution design, delivery, and handover.
Support commercial activities including exhibitions, customer demos, and negotiations.
Ensure exceptional after-sales support, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Accurately record sales activities and contribute to national business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical or industrial sales; experience in compressors or air treatment systems is highly desirable.
Strong customer orientation with excellent listening and questioning skills.
High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and follow through on customer needs.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a resilient attitude to challenges.
Strong personal accountability and a willingness to learn and grow.
Openness to feedback and commitment to personal development.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Munster region.
