This prestigious firm are looking to hire an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Real Estate Division in Dublin 2. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, organised and proactive individual who thrives in a busy and dynamic legal environment. This role will be onsite during the probationary period, with the potential for one day remote working thereafter (onsite preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional, efficient and proactive secretarial service to the Commercial Real Estate team
Manage digital dictation and produce accurate legal documents, correspondence, contracts, and reports
Handle diary management, meeting coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Manage receipt and distribution of title documents (ATR) for banking institutions
Conduct general administration, document management and ad-hoc support tasks as required
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Commercial Property legal environment
High level of proficiency in MS Office and case management systems (Partner for Windows & iManage an advantage)
Excellent typing speed (60+ wpm) and accuracy
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional telephone manner and exceptional communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team
Positive, cheerful, and dependable attitude with a high level of discretion and professionalism
