We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling low-voltage (LV) electrical components and switchgear. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual to take ownership of a key market segment, managing existing accounts while actively driving new business growth. Key Responsibilities: Account Management
Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients in the LV and switchgear industry
Provide technical support and product guidance tailored to client requirements
Act as the main point of contact for all client communications, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Conduct regular site visits to strengthen customer engagement and uncover new sales opportunities
Sales & Business Development
Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities in the LV and switchgear market
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets
Stay ahead of industry trends, market activity, and competitor offerings
Present and promote electrical product solutions, highlighting performance, value, and technical advantages
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company goals
Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer support
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience in LV electrical products and switchgear is essential
Strong understanding of the Irish electrical supply market and customer base.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
