We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our clients dynamic team in Cork. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving vehicle sales, building lasting customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving dealership targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for new and used vehicles.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Manage the full sales process including finance, insurance, and add-on product sales.
Proactively develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
Build strong long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product range, features, and competitor offerings.
Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to showroom presentation and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Proven track record in automotive sales (minimum 3+ years), with strong closing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for upselling.
Full clean driving licence.
IT literate with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
