General Operatives – Dunmanway

We are currently recruiting General Operatives for a well-established company based in Dunmanway, West Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that values quality, teamwork, and career progression.

• Location: Dunmanway, West Cork
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Shifts Available: 6:00AM – 2:00PM / 2:30PM – 10:30PM
• Salary: Competitive, DOE (Depending on Experience)

You will work across multiple departments, including:

• Batching & Prepping
• Blending
• Manufacturing
• Machine Operation
• Packing and Dispatch

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production and packing operations
• Operate machinery and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain cleanliness in workstations
• Complete basic quality checks
• Work closely with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to various duties
• Previous experience in production or factory settings is an advantage, but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
