Sales Executive – Dublin 22 – Hunter – New & Existing Business

Join a market leader in Dublin’s waste and resource recovery sector as we grow our commercial sales team. We're looking for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who thrive on closing deals and delivering real business impact. This is a high-reward opportunity for sales hunters ready to take their career to the next level.
As a Commercial Sales Executive, you’ll drive new business development and build lasting partnerships across sectors such as construction, manufacturing, retail, and commercial property.

Base Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 DOE
OTE: €75,000 – €85,000 (top performers earn €150,000+)
Benefits: 20 days annual leave, company laptop and smartphone, CRM access, quarterly bonuses, annual incentives, and ongoing training and development support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and secure new B2B clients, focusing on mid-size to enterprise-level accounts
  • Manage a sales pipeline valued at €3M+ annually
  • Close deals ranging from €50k to €500k+, with potential for contracts in the seven-figure range
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships with an emphasis on environmental compliance and sustainable practices
  • Leverage advanced data tools and reporting platforms to support your sales strategy
  • Create tailored proposals and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless service and customer success

What You’ll Bring:

  • A proven record in B2B sales, generating €500k+ in annual revenue
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and securing long-term agreements
  • Strong commercial insight with a sharp focus on high-value opportunities
  • A consultative sales approach backed by excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in waste management, environmental services, or sustainability is a strong advantage
  • Industry knowledge in construction, logistics, or facilities management is desirable
