At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator to join a leading retail organisation based in Sandyford, Dublin.
The Scheduling Coordinator will join a fast-paced, high-end retail business. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks. As Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating installations, liaising with customers and suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage the installation calendar and coordinate fitting dates with clients, fitters, and electricians.
Create and organise detailed job folders for each installation.
Liaise with suppliers to chase ETAs for incoming orders and ensure timely delivery.
Confirm product deliveries and check all necessary components are available before scheduling.
Communicate with customers to confirm installation dates and prepare them for what's required.
Work closely with the sales team to support post-quote follow-ups and scheduling.
Flag any payment, parts, or site issues before an installation is booked.
Assist in organising weekly scheduling meetings and reporting outstanding jobs.Help manage showroom admin tasks, follow-ups, and email correspondence
Requirements:
Excellent communication and coordination skills – verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working under seasonal pressure with tight deadlines.
Experience in construction, fit-out, or project scheduling is an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with scheduling systems, Xero, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
