Sales Manager – Education Sector (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the Role:
This private well established college based in Dublin is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the commercial success of their institution. This is a key strategic role focused on growing revenue, enhancing B2B partnerships, and delivering high-quality service to our external clients. You'll work across internal teams and external stakeholders to align commercial outcomes with our educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy aligned with the College’s vision
• Identify new revenue opportunities and lead B2B partnership development
• Manage and lead the sales team, setting KPIs and driving performance
• Oversee daily commercial operations and ensure a top-tier customer experience
• Prepare business cases to support growth and investment decisions
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external partners
• Collaborate with academic teams to support innovation and new service offerings
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial risks
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies and regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a commercial management or business development role
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage, but not essential
• Strong financial and strategic planning skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to analyse data and implement improvements
• Familiarity with library systems is a plus, but not required
