Senior Recruitment Consultant – Human Resources – Drogheda

About the Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Osborne, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle (360 recruitment) – from developing client relationships and sourcing top talent, to successful placements and aftercare. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Deliver the full 360 recruitment process: job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client presentations, offer management, and follow-up.
• Understand client needs and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions tailored to their business goals.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, market conditions, and competitor insights.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices and supporting team success.

Key Requirements:

• Essential: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment, with a successful track record of placements across various roles.
• Strong business development skills and the ability to grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
