A well-established company in Dublin 22 is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. You will work in a team environment and great potential for growth and new challenge. This role is hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home!. This is a great role for someone who is has some accounts/finance experience to join a great accounts team. You will report directly to the Accounts Manager!
Salary & Benefits:
€30,000 – €32,000

Responsibilities of role:
Processing invoices when necessary
Requesting supplier statements
Reconciling the supplier statements and creditors account
Setting up payments made through Fexco and Transfermate
Manage One-time vendor folder and reconciliations
Taking calls from suppliers
Cashflow reporting at weekly meeting
Requirements of role:
Previous experience referred but not essential
Accounting Technician qualification an advantage but not essential
Proficiency using accountancy software packages
Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
Fluency in English essential and must be confident in dealing with clients and vendors
Flexible approach to all areas of the role
Good keyboard skills essential
