Accounts Payable
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients team in Blackpool, Cork. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and professional finance team and contribute to the smooth operation of the accounts payable function.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery dockets
Managing invoice approvals and resolving any discrepancies
Preparing payment runs and liaising with suppliers regarding payment queries
Assisting with month-end duties and reporting
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier records
Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a professional manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (advantageous)
