Osborne has partnered with a Wicklow company who are seeking a Logistic Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role you will plan a key part ensuring Transport Management, Budgeting, and Customer Service are running and collaborating efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Transport Management: Manage inbound transporting providers and ensure shipments are deliver in good condition and on time. Monitor intercompany import and export by effective communication.
Budgeting and Cost Tracking: Collaborate with the Finance Team to develop logistic budget tracking tools.
Track monthly freight and warehousing expenditure.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and cost reductions.
Conduct validation of haulier and 3PL invoices.
Management: Managed the day-to-day relationship with 3PL providers.
Prepare and attend monthly review with 3PL service providers.
Customer Service: Work with the Customer Service Team to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
Manage and provide solutions to logistical issues or complaints.
For You:
Temporary role.
Monday – Friday with flexible/hybrid working arrangements.
€30-40 per hour.
Weekly pay.
Based in South Wicklow.
Parking available onsite.

Key Requirements:
Demonstrated experience working in logistics or supply chain.
String working knowledge of logistics, inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
IT proficient and experience with MS Office Suite and SAP.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
