Junior Quantity Surveyor

Osborne Recruitment are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in Dublin 22. This is a full-time permanent position based fully onsite.  

• Location: Dublin 22
• Salary: €45-60k DOE 
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 16.30 and Friday 08.30-15.00

Requirements:

• Third level qualification is an advantage but not necessary if they have previous experience within the industry in a similar role
• Experience in the scaffolding industry is not required
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team
• Shows initiative and motivated
• Good command/full understanding of the English language
• Irish industry experience is essential

Responsibilities:

• Complete monthly progress applications
• Costings in terms of labour and value of work
• Assist in project cash management
• Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor on tasks on larger scale projects
• Be responsible for own set of projects
• Work alongside Contracts Managers to generate quotations
