Construction Project Manager

• Location: Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath
• Salary: DOE

Osborne Recruitment are working with our client, Ireland’s leading provider of House Extensions, Renovations & Garden Rooms and more who are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their tight-knit team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within an experienced and supportive project management team. As part of the in-house team you will be tasked with maintaining the company’s reputation for schedule adherence during pre-site stages and you will manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the success of all projects
• Meet the clients and manage a part of our off-site process
• Reporting on key objective milestones for each project
• Communicate all project variations to relevant parties
• Manage the project reviews highlighting any risks to senior management
• Liaise with project management team to ensure smooth transitions through the various stages
• Manage and develop customer relations
• Build and oversee the handover packages to members of the Project Management team

Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who plays an integral role in driving and supporting the PM team
• 3 years experience working in a high-volume environment (ideally construction)
• Degree or relevant third level qualification
• Demonstrate consultancy skills, this is a client facing role where you will need to manage these relationships throughout each project stage and help navigate challenges that arise
• A motivated candidate with strong communication and negotiating skills
• A desire to own the process whilst working collaboratively with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the success of our projects
• You will be organised, detail focused and show a hunger to learn and grow
