Document Controller

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-driven Document Controller to join our clients team in Mallow. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of project delivery and operational excellence within a dynamic and growing company.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in the construction industry.

Salary: 45 to 50K per year

Key Responsibilities
Document Control:

  • Maintain and organize all controlled documents across departments.
  • Update procedures, forms, and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
  • Implement and manage document hierarchies and control systems.
  • Ensure proper classification, storage, and backup of sensitive information.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and document control standards.
  • Train team members on document handling, retention, and recovery procedures.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities and timelines.
  • Support project managers with scheduling, task assignments, and budgeting.
  • Organize and manage project meetings including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Track progress and performance, identifying issues and assisting in resolutions.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and third parties.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation and reports.
  • Assist with procurement and resource management.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and high-quality records.
  • Proficient with document and project management software/tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards related to document management is an advantage.
