Quality Manager – Wet Chemistry

Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in wet chemistry? Our client, a leading production company based in Offaly, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join their expanding team. Location: Offaly, Ireland (Hybrid: 2 days WFH)
Salary: €70,000+ per annum, plus benefits (Health Insurance, Pension, 22 Days Annual Leave)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality management function for the wet chemistry division
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures
• Manage and oversee internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance product quality
• Collaborate closely with production, R&D, and regulatory teams
• Maintain and update quality documentation and records in line with audit and regulatory requirements
• Train and mentor quality and production staff in best practices

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related scientific field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality management role, with strong audit management exposure
• Solid understanding of wet chemistry processes within a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in quality management systems and regulatory compliance
