HR Project Manager

Osborne Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager for a newly created role. This is a rare opportunity to lead HR service delivery and people-focused projects at scale, with a strong focus on operational excellence and strategic execution.

The successful candidate will take the lead on internal HR initiatives, manage and support a high-performing HR team, and ensure best-in-class HR practices are embedded across the organisation. The role will require someone who can juggle day-to-day team management with wider project oversight, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement at senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of HR operations and ensure alignment with organisational goals
• Lead people-related projects and change initiatives from design through to execution
• Manage a busy HR advisory function with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and performance
• Support and develop team members, driving continuous improvement and professional development
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and HR service delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years in HR, including at least 3 years in a leadership or project delivery role
• Deep understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practice
• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment with competing priorities
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent); access to own transport if required
