The successful candidate can expect to work on M&A transactions, restructurings, refinancing, commercial contracts, intellectual property, among other linked areas, for clients across a wide range of industries including but not limited to Property Development, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Healthcare, with many transactions involving foreign purchasers.
