We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, emails, and messages to resolve queries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Salary: €30,000 – €32,000 – Evening Shift – Monday – Wednesday 11am to 8pm Thursday to Friday 12pm – 8pm

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's query, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other relevant software.
Experience in a fast-paced call centre or customer service environment.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
