Business Development Manager – Beverages – Help Grow a Leading Drinks Brand in Ireland

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is motivated, hands-on, and ready to make a real impact. Build strong relationships with partners, and help us grow our brand in the Irish market.

Salary & Benefits:

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve sales targets that match company goals.
• Lead and support the sales team in different parts of the country.
• Look at sales data and market trends to find new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
• Work with marketing and supply chain teams to keep products available and visible in stores.
• Create smart pricing and promotion plans to increase sales.
• Make sure the team follows company rules and industry regulations.
• Support key accounts, develop plans for new customers, and solve any issues quickly.
• Help with supplier visits and surveys, and organise schedules for sales reps.
• Be the go-to person for solving customer problems in a professional way.

Skills:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the alcohol or drinks industry.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners.
• Good with numbers, data, and spotting growth opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
• Someone who is hands-on, proactive, and ready to take ownership.
