Structural Technician – Dunboyne

The Structural Technician will work in the engineering department and will be responsible for preparing models, drawings and reviewing plans for modular construction projects. The role involves close collaboration with the design, commercial, and production teams with accurate costing and delivery of projects.

Salary: €40,000 DOE

The Role and Experience Requirements:

• 3D and 2D models drawings for modular buildings.
• Production of steelwork for manufacturing.
• Work with the design team to ensure successful co-ordination.
• Inspection of work through site visits / inspections.
• Regular upkeep of project documents.
• Work towards client expectations through project deadlines.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role of engineering.
• Proficient in 3D structure / modelling software.
• 3rd level engineering qualification is essential.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced team environment whilst maintaining individual workload.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• An understanding of methods of modular construction.
