Quality Specialist

We are currently working with a leading automation software company based in Louth who are looking to hire a Quality Specialist to join their team. This is a new role for this organisation due to rapid growth and a great opportunity if you are coming from and engineering background. This role is to maintain and improve the Quality Management system in line with ISO 9001 and other business processes and requirements.

Salary: €55,000+ DOE + Excellent benefit package

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of documents in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
• Prepare and update all company documents and Standard Operation procedures in line with ISO 9001
• Ensure compliance with all business process are adhered to
• Provide support to internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Provide report on business process documents to Senior management
• Be the lead in implementing new ISO standards such as ISO 27001 & ISO 17025
• Manage the company Quality Management System
• Support department and business function in the compliance with QMS responsibilities
• Communicate QMS document changes to relevant department
• Assist with induction training with new hires on quality topics when required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Scientific or Engineering
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficient inf MS office suit
• Detailed orientated
• Demonstrate self-motivation with ability to multitask
• Strong Technical writing skills
• Full driver’s license is required for this role as you may need to go out on different sites
