Key Responsibilities:
Processing data related to accounts payable transactions.
Providing administrative support for the dispatch and stock control departments.
Matching and processing Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
Entering purchase invoices into the computerised accounts system.
Performing general reception duties, including handling phone inquiries.
Assisting with accounts receivable tasks during peak periods, such as processing sales orders and invoices.
Conducting ad hoc data entry and reporting as needed.
Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Supporting other departments with accounts payable-related tasks when required.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Strong interest in finance with an aptitude for numbers.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional telephone manner.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment is an advantage.
