Quantity Surveyor 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Waterford. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks including cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Experience: Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (required)

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding and experience working with cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
• Ability to manage projects and budgets effectively
• Working knowledge of relevant construction technology, software, and tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field
• Certification in relevant areas of expertise is a plus
• Experience working in the construction industry for 3-5 years
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Licence/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field (required)

Work authorisation:

• Ireland (required)
