Regulatory and Quality Assurance Manager

Are you an experienced regulatory professional looking for a new challenge? We’re seeking a Regulatory and Quality Assurance Manager to join a growing team. This is a key role and you will be part of the team ensuring that all regulatory obligations are met and deliver high-quality assurance services.
The company is a leading professional body managing registration, regulation and quality across the industry.

Salary: €50K+

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Director of Regulation and Registrar, you will play a crucial role in delivering our Business Plan and objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Regulation Team in delivering high-quality regulatory and quality assurance services.
  • Overseeing key regulatory projects, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution services.
  • Managing the Annual CPD Audit Programme, ensuring compliance with CPD requirements.
  • Leading risk monitoring and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory boards, tribunals, and professional panels.
  • Identifying and managing new regulatory projects that enhance our services.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in regulation, compliance, or risk management within a professional body, regulatory agency, or industry association.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and the role of professional bodies in Ireland.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory obligations effectively.
  • Experience in project management, particularly within regulatory environments.
  • A track record of decision-making, problem-solving, and delivering objectives on time.
  • Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A qualification relevant to the role is beneficial but not essential.
