Accounting Assistant – Dunboyne

Join a team that is experiencing strong growth and start in a position that offers various routes of growth potential. The role will be based in Dunboyne, County Meath with offsite location visits in Dublin once a week.
The successful applicant will have a split role managing 2 entities falling within the company.

Salary: €45,000 – €50,000 – VHI Healthcare – Pension Contribution 6% – Permanent Contract – 25 days AL, increasing based on years with the company – Excellent potential for growth and development. – Travel Expenses

The Role:

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
• Debt Collection and debt reporting.
• Stock / Pricing.
• Prep VAT.
• Reconciliation. (Month end / balance sheets)
• Payroll Assistance.
• General Ledger experience.
• Budgeting and reporting.
• Financial Reporting.
• Card payments processing / tracking.
• Expenses and review.
• ROS and revenue reporting.
• Assist with bringing accounts to balance and months end reporting.

Qualifications:

• Part Qualified / Fully Qualified.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Longevity is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to learn.
• Ability to adapt to systems.
