Accounts Administrator  

As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance and administrative operations. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure accuracy in financial processing, vendor management, and office coordination.

Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 4-6 month temporary assignment
Salary: €35,000 pro rata

Account Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Process and record supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment timelines
  • Manage supplier relationships and handle queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records
  • Upload and maintain financial data using Sage 50 and internal systems
  • Assist with accounts receivable including customer invoicing and payment tracking
  • Reconcile supplier statements and manage regular account reviews
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and coordination of stock sample shipments and merchandise
  • Assist in the preparation of financial summaries and reports for management as required

The Ideal Accounts Administrator:

  • Previous experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Familiarity with Sage 50 (or similar accounting software)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
  • A bookkeeping or accounting qualification/certification is an advantage
