Implementation Consultant

Osborne are proud to partner with a renowned document and information management company to appoint a Implementation Consultant to deliver Accounts Payable Automaton projects.
As a member of the Professional Services Team, you will be fully responsible for implementing Accounts Payable Automation projects, including technical system design, configuration, and deployment. Your duties will involve gathering technical requirements and overseeing the delivery of solutions to support the growth of the AP platform. This mid-senior, client-facing role requires deep expertise in SaaS solutions, project management, and customer onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our SaaS products to clients, driving optimal customer experiences from initial implementation to full adoption.

This position is based in Dublin.

Essential Requirements:

• Third level project management or computer science degree
• Experience in Agile project delivery
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing business solutions/ software projects in a dynamic business environment.
• Minimum 3yrs experience in implementation management or solution consultancy
• Working experience of finance systems and accounting processes – ERP, Accounts Payable Automation ideally
• Experience of analysis tools and techniques – gap analysis, business mapping, process mapping, reporting.
• Querying Microsoft SQL
