We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Foreman to join our clients team based in Rathcormac Co. Cork on a full time permanent basis.
For You:
€17 p/hr
Monday – Friday
On-site Parking
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring all stock is checked in accurately.
Operate a counterbalance forklift to move and store stock safely within the warehouse.
Manage and coordinate the activities of the picker staff to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Communicate effectively with delivery drivers, ensuring goods are unloaded and checked in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure the warehouse is maintained in an organised, clean, and safe condition at all times.
Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies.
Assist in training and mentoring warehouse staff as required.
Requirements:
Valid Manual Handling Certificate.
Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
Full B Driving Licence (essential).
Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
