Here at Osborne our client is looking for a Delivery Driver/Operative to join their team. This role involves handling warehouse tasks and delivering products to Cork clients.
Location: Cork Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday
For you:
Salary: €15 per hour
Free onsite parking
Key Responsibilities:
Checking goods inwards and receipting accurately
Organise and pack products for delivery
Safely load/unload the vans with the appropriate stock required
Deliver products to clients and retail stores safely and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and address any customer concerns or inquiries.
Deliver product to specific locations within each building as per client instructions
Assist in maintaining stock levels and carrying out regular stock takes
Housekeeping duties within the warehouse for the purpose of maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Other duties as required by business needs
Essential Criteria:
Full Category B driver’s licence
Good written and verbal communication skills
A practical approach to following instructions and solving problems
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Experience with using warehouse management software
Follow all safety procedures in the performance of job duties
Ensure a high standard of personal presentation
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
