We’re seeking a motivated Production Team Leader, on behalf on one of our well-known clients within the Food Manufacturing Industry. Location: Naas, Co. Kildare Salary: €16 per hour (+ overtime available) Hours of work: Approx. 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 10-hour shifts (Monday – Saturday, 40 hours per week) *Please note: Hours will vary, with a shift transition to evenings by the end of the year*

Key Responsibilities:
Department Management: Ensuring the smooth running of the department and meeting production targets.
Performance Monitoring: Managing and evaluating output to achieve desired results.
Training & Development: Training and mentoring team members to perform at their best.
Teamwork & Leadership: Promoting collaboration and inspiring your team.
Standards & Compliance: Following and enforcing hygiene and safety procedures.
Problem-Solving: Offering ideas and new initiatives to improve operations.
Communication: Liaising with the Production Manager to address and resolve issues.
PPE Compliance: Ensuring all team members wear and maintain proper PPE.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Experience in a similar role, is required.
Experience within food manufacturing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of health & safety processes.
Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team.
Initiative to anticipate and address challenges.
Proven ability to guide, motivate, and inspire others.
Additional Information:
Some travel may be required.
