HRBP- Grade VII Full Time- Permanent Position Dublin City – Hybrid
The purpose of this post is vital to assist with the delivery of people plans and education of their stakeholders. The candidate will be required to manage the day-to-day function of the HR team and to be the escalation point for all issues raised. The candidate will have the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure team compliance of EWTD, OWTD, Audits etc Working with the HR Business Partnering team to coach, educate and upskill Staff across clients’ sites.
Professional Duties and Responsibilities: Accountability
Be a decision maker
Escalation point of contact for all Consultants, CD’s and NCHD Leads
Deliver on all compliance reports
Deliver on all requests for data, in a professional reporting manner, using graphs, tables and PowerPoint
Leadership
Manage day to day support for HR and lead in the roll out of our single structure Operating Model
Attendance is required at various onsite meetings
You will work closely with the HR Business Partnering Team and Talent Acquisition to develop and roll out education and training programme
Work closely with HR Specialists to ensure correct resources and funding
Work with HRIS and Senior Management to ensure continued development in agreed approvals process
Be a proactive and trusted partner
Change
In conjunction with the HR Lead support the delivery of organisational change
Ongoing driver of Communication throughout Clinical Directorates, Consultants, NCHDs
Drive cultural change across the portfolio as we move towards the New Hospital Site
Encourage high levels of employee engagement
Be a champion of change
Employee Relation/Industrial Relations
With Lead, Manage an IR/ER Portfolio
Ensure working is in line with Clients Policies, Contracts
High level weekly meetings with HR Lead, CMO and CDs to identify and assist in emerging issues
Proactive management of cases with HR Lead
Regular meetings with Unions and Representative
Induction
Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure continued success of biannual Induction of NCHD’s
Spot checks to ensure correct data on Dime, SAP etc
Reporting induction stats to NTDP
Professional HR Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and lead the HR team during BAU and day to day
Provide expert Business Services advice supporting cross HR services functions (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Business Partnering, Organisational Design, Talent, Learning & Development, Managers etc.).
Provide operational leadership, line management and support to designated HR team members in all roles.
Work across clients HR teams to provide an effective and best practice HR service.
Essential Criteria:
3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant area
Minimum 5 years generalist/HRBP post graduate and Proven experience with in-depth generalist, senior experience, working across areas such as IR-ER, Change
Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in a Lead position or managing a team.
