Van Driver

Our client are a trusted name in quality home furnishings, and we are currently assisting them in recruiting a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join their growing team. This permanent full time role involves daily deliveries between multiple locations throughout Dublin, Meath and Wicklow, ensuring all orders of furniture reaches customers on time and assembled safely.
The depot was this role will be located in Dublin West.
We are looking for someone who has experience in delivery driving and can also be confident in assembling different sized furniture pieces for homes. The successful candidate will have a professional manner always and be well presented.

Salary & Benefits:

• €19 per hour  
• Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm
• Tax Free Lunch Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and deliver furniture safely to customers.
• Assemble furniture upon arrival, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle deliveries professionally.
• Inspect furniture before and after delivery to ensure it’s in perfect condition.
• Maintain the company van and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

• A full, clean driver’s B license.
• Experience in driving vans for up to 1 year
• Practical skills for assembling furniture (training provided).
• Friendly and professional attitude with great customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture safely.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
