Rigid Truck Driver   

Our client are a trusted name in quality home furnishings, and we are currently assisting them in recruiting a reliable and experienced Rigid Truck Driver to join their growing team. This permanent full time role involves daily deliveries between their Dublin and Cork locations, ensuring all order of furniture reaches customers safely and on time.
The successful candidate will have driving experience and hold all valid documents required for this type of position. As mentioned above, the driver will travel from Dublin west to Cork and back again on a daily basis.  

Salary & Benefits:

• €21 per hour  
• Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Drive a rigid truck from Dublin to Cork daily, ensuring timely and safe deliveries
• Assist in the loading of the truck
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
• Provide excellent customer service when delivering goods
• Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies

Key Requirements:

• Valid C Category Driving License
• Up-to-date CPC Certification and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving a rigid truck
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle furniture deliveries, including some manual handling
• A strong work ethic and reliability
