Osborne are delighted to be partnering with one of our key clients to recruit an Accountant to join a market leading accountancy practice in Cork City. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Fully Qualified Accountant to step into a management position.

What you will do:
Ownership of a portfolio of clients
Management accounts (monthly and year end)
Preparation of corporation tax and income tax returns
Audit
Consultancy
Preparation of financial statements
Reviewing and finalizing year end accounts
Dealing with ad hoc client queries
Train junior staff members (3 direct reports)
What you will need:
Be ACA/CPA/ACCA qualified
1 to 2 years Post Qualified practice experience
Have a broad range of experience across the areas of accountancy, audit & tax. Experience in consultancy & corporate finance is also preferable but not essential
Be pro-active, able to deliver to tight deadlines and within budget
Possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Possess good team working skills and be a good team leader
Be able to work on their own initiative and report directly to partner level
Experience mentoring and training junior staff highly desirable
