The Onsite Trainer plays a key role in equipping manufacturing employees with the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to perform their roles efficiently and safely. This hands-on position requires fluency in Russian and English to support a diverse workforce and ensure clear communication. Prior experience in onboarding and induction training is essential to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.

Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery & Development
Conduct hands-on training for both new and existing employees across various manufacturing processes, emphasizing safety, quality, and operational standards.
Develop and deliver multilingual training materials, including visual guides, manuals, and videos, to ensure accessibility for all employees.
Lead comprehensive induction and onboarding programs for new hires, covering company policies, health & safety, and job-specific responsibilities.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create targeted training programs.
Workforce Engagement & Communication
Serve as a bridge between management and frontline employees, ensuring key messages are effectively communicated in Russian and English.
Provide one-on-one coaching for employees needing extra support in understanding procedures.
Foster a culture of learning, encouraging continuous improvement and upskilling within the workforce.
Compliance & Performance Monitoring
Ensure all training aligns with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress.
Assist in competency evaluations and assessments to verify employees meet required performance standards.
Key Requirements: Essential
Experience in manufacturing, food production, or a similar environment.
Strong training and coaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
Fluency in Russian and English to support multilingual training needs.
Previous experience in onboarding and induction training.
Strong understanding of health & safety, quality standards, and operational procedures in manufacturing.
Ability to create and adapt training materials for different learning styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
Previous experience in an L&D or training role within a manufacturing setting.
Certification in training & development (e.g., Train the Trainer).
Experience using digital training tools or e-learning platforms.
