We are delighted to be working with our client who are a multinational Logistics Solutions company who are seeking a General Operative to join their team on a Permanent Full time basis based in Cork.

For you:
Monday – Friday
Day shift start time 8am/Evening shift 2pm – 10pm
Responsibilities:
Connecting and disconnecting tanks for heating.
Collecting and distributing HGV parts and materials.
Shunting trailers to the Test Centre.
Operating the container reach stacker/handler.
Managing inventory and verifying the correct handling of products and tanks.
Keeping the yard clean and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Performing general housekeeping duties on-site.
Carrying out ad hoc tasks as requested by Management.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years in a General Operative or similar role.
Reach Stacker License is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Ability to use initiative and work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
Strong attention to detail and diligence in completing tasks.
Health & Safety awareness and conscientiousness.
Full clean Driver's License (CE License is an advantage but not essential).
